三個主要的破碎耗功學(xué)說
在選礦廠中，電能的絕大部分用于破碎礦石。為了深入理解破碎礦石過程，評價破碎機(jī)械的效率，和找尋更有效的破碎方法，百多年來出現(xiàn)了很多有關(guān)破碎耗功的理論。其中有三個最主要的，為舉世所公認(rèn)，在此將作介紹。
大家都知道，破碎過程是不會自動發(fā)生和不可逆的，必須外力對礦石作功，克服它的內(nèi)部質(zhì)點間的內(nèi)聚力，才能發(fā)生破碎。當(dāng)外力對礦石作功使它破碎時，礦料的潛能也因此功的轉(zhuǎn)化而增加。因此，破碎耗功理論實質(zhì)上就是,闡明破碎過程的輸入功與破碎前后礦石的潛能變化之間的關(guān)系，從而明確輸入功是怎樣耗去的。破碎物料時,它的強(qiáng)度、給礦粒度、產(chǎn)品粒度和耗功，是直接易為人查覺的，因此各種功耗學(xué)說都必須確定出它們間的關(guān)系,這是各種破碎耗功學(xué)說的共同點。但因每一種耗功學(xué)說都從不同的角度看問題，所以它們的物理根據(jù)和導(dǎo)出的數(shù)學(xué)形式也就不同。
